By downloading, accessing, or using VITALIS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What VITALIS Does

VITALIS is a wellbeing tracking platform that helps you:

Log your daily mood, energy, sleep, stress, and physical patterns
Build a personal pattern of how you typically feel
Identify significant changes in your patterns
Share those changes with your Care Circle (trusted contacts)
Track how your environment (weather, air quality) affects you
Connect wearable devices for additional insights

3. What VITALIS Does NOT Do

VITALIS is NOT a medical device.

VITALIS Does NOT	Why
Diagnose any condition	It is a wellbeing tool, not a diagnostic tool
Treat any condition	It does not provide treatment recommendations
Prevent any condition	It does not claim to prevent illness
Monitor medical conditions	It tracks wellbeing patterns, not clinical conditions
Provide emergency support	It does not replace emergency services

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

By using VITALIS, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Keep your account credentials secure
Notify us of any unauthorised access to your account
Only add Care Circle contacts who have consented to be contacted
Use VITALIS for its intended purpose (wellbeing tracking)

5. Account Registration

You must create an account to use VITALIS. You are responsible for:

All activity under your account
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
Notifying us immediately of any security breach

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of VITALIS is governed by our Privacy Notice. By using VITALIS, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Notice.

7. Intellectual Property

VITALIS, including all code, design, content, and branding, is owned by Verso Health Ltd. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute any part of VITALIS
Reverse engineer or decompile the app
Use VITALIS for any commercial purpose without permission

8. Third-Party Services

VITALIS integrates with third-party services:

Supabase — Database and authentication
Vercel — Hosting
OpenWeather API — Weather data
AirVisual API — Air quality data
Apple Watch, Fitbit, Oura, Garmin — Wearable data

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VITALIS is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about:

The accuracy or reliability of wellbeing insights
The availability or uptime of the app
The suitability of VITALIS for any particular purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verso Health Ltd is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any loss of data or content
Any injury or harm resulting from your use of VITALIS

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms and Conditions
Misuse the app
Provide false or misleading information

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
